Broadacres is a not-for-profit housing association based in Northallerton, with 6,800 homes in market towns, coastal communities and rural areas across North Yorkshire and beyond. We provide homes in Hambleton, Darlington, Richmondshire, Harrogate, Redcar and Cleveland, Ryedale, Scarborough, Selby, the East Riding of Yorkshire, York and Leeds. We believe passionately that a safe, secure and warm home in a good community is the basis of a good life, and we want our customers to say they are proud to live in a Broadacres home.
Our 6,800 properties are not just houses; they are homes. We treat everyone who lives in them, as well as our colleagues and partners, with respect and we help people to turn their lives around. From The Crossing, a young person’s homelessness service, to our women’s refuge, we give people the tools, support and advice they need to get back on their feet and regain control over their lives.
Broadacres operates over a large part of Northern England, from Middlesbrough in the North to Leeds in the South, and from Scarborough in the East to Hawes in the West, with our main office located in Northallerton.
Because we work over such a large area, we offer lots of ways of working depending on the role. These include mobile plus working from an office or another fixed location.
